This is a woman who lives what she teaches. Yes, shes not extremely formal, but thats what makes her great. Her lectures provide much better lessons than the textbook and shes inspirational. Great course to take by correspondence, teacher makes good use of the Forum for discussions on Moodle, something you don't usually see with other classes at MTA. The readings were also interesting and the class will teach you a great deal about modern Feminism, its many variants, and why Gender is important. Good engagement with students.

Whoever said that she is the best has clearly not been around many academics. How in the world this woman is still teaching at Mt. Allison, much less obtained a Ph. D. somewhere is beyond me. I say this as an A student in her class. Completely incompetent.
