All of this professor's tests can be found on quizlet. Her lectures are not the best. She is rude when asked for help. May give take home exams, but also will assign an exam a week and a half after a previous exam, and will fail to supply you with any notes or lectures for the exam. She is an okay professor, considering she is the only option.

Professor Wood isn't the most exciting teacher because her lectures are very boring and she talks non-stop, but she pretty much ensures that everyone will get an A in the class. She gives like 50 points extra credit along with take home/in class tests. One of the easier nursing classes you'll be taking I would imagine.

The class is pretty easy. If you show up and do the in-class assignments, you practically can pass for the semester. She often gives take home tests and her test questions can all be found on quizlet so they are easy to study for (or get a 100% on). There are no major assignments that require extensive work so its an easy-A class!

Best professor I had very helpful always answered any questions you may have had.Gives you a study giudebefore the test so you know what is on the test. Would recomend taking her class.

I'm not sure what these other posters are talking about. This class was so easy its not even funny. I failed one test and its my fault because I didn't study. I haven't found any question on the test yet that weren't covered either in lecture or the book. Put some work into it and study the book as well!

Powerpoint reviews gave half of the test questions but the rest were usually things we hadn't learned. Unclear about expectations and not very helpful. Attendance is not mandatory but she gives random in-class assignments that can't be made up. Lectures directly from powerpoints. Boring class.

Boring. Lectures from powerpoint which you can get off the internet. Much better than trying to take notes. One take home test, three in all. Research paper and presentation (not anal about presentation). Homework assignment and computer analysis of diet. Really unclear when it comes to assignments.

BORING lectures from powerpoint; don't pay attention to those because all the quick little comments and statements made frequently are the things that are on the test.Take advantage of the xtra credit options totally! Very nice lady. If you study for the tests, you'll end up with a good grade b/c there is most likely a 10-20pt curve. Don't take the 4pm-645 class...Wayyy too long! But her class is tolerable.

Class is unbelievably BORING. longest hour and 15 minutes of my life everyday of class. No need to go to class, what she says has nothing to do with the tests. Everyone failed the OPEN BOOK test she gave, had a 20 pt. curve...wtf... nutritrac=gay, lots of possible bonus pts.! i wouldnt reccomend it!

tells interesting and useful stories relating to the topics in class. reading the book is extremely helpful, can learn alot from it. printing off the powerpoints helps for studying and for note taking. liked her and the class!
