Clearly the worst chef-professor in the Culinary Arts program here, hands down. Terrible "teacher". He's very egotistical, "me-oriented", and not afraid to embarrass/criticize you in front of the entire class. Avoid him at all costs - if you have Regional with him, just take it in the mouth and grind through it, because it will be a rough ride.

chef mike is ok. he talks alot about his personal life, so just show up to all of his classes and you will do good. he is kinda favorite to certain students but most of these students do extremely well in his class. so just try ur hardest and youll do good

He is not a good professor, like everyone else says, its all about him and super dave, and let me tell you, I have meet and worked with "super dave" and he isnt that super at all, hes and an a$$ too! I pitty all that will have him, because he has been teaching regional for years now, I graduated in 2005 so God help all!

I love this guy..Hes funny he cares about his students ( if your not an ass and think you know more then him) and he will most likely be one of the only teacher i keep in touch with... Its been a pleaser having him for the past few years and i would recxonend him to any student who wants to here stories and see a man that abused the 60's :)
