To be honest the prof. for this course doesn't have to do a whole lot. The class is basically an online course that y have to teach yourself how to do algebra. I actually found it kind of stupid that he made attendance mandatory. That being said, he was helpful if you had any questions.

Had him for 011 and 012, the class itself is really boring but he is a good teacher. I never needed help with anything, but he always tried to make sure everyone understood and never made you feel stupid for asking questions. Very lenient grader, if you study and do the hw it's an easy A or B

Even if you are bad at math, Prof. Lueke helps you out. He is very willing to answer questions. I don't understand any of these bad reviews because he's one of the best teachers I've had at AACC.

Your success in this class will be dependent upon you and your ability to read into questions. Just giving an answer on homework or tests is not enough in this class. He annoyed me to be honest, because I felt like my best was never enough for him. Either you will love him or hate him it all depends on your personality. He is gifted at math.

Nothing special. He is not usually willing to help if you aren't paying attention. His attendance policy is annoying, as well. His math class is a computer class, yet he requires that we attend so we can spend about 90 minutes every class doing the work on the computer. Waste of time! He also tends to hit on the girls in the class.

He wasn't anything special. He can come across as a jerk sometimes and then other times he's as nice as can be. If you're on the same page as him he will be your best friend but if you're falling behind a little he gets a little annoyed. Open book tests are nice but doesn't make them much easier.

This class is very fast paced not for those of us who struggle in math. He will usually give you two examples from each section to go off of then your on your own. Also he gets very annoyed if you aren't on the same page as him. I wouldn't waste my money on this guy.

Summer math is never for the faint of heart. He uses a realistic grading curve, treats all his students as adults, and clearly states what is expected. He leaves it to the student to decide their level of participation and always makes himself available for help. His classroom is a friendly environment and I would take him again if I could.

He was actually a pretty great teacher. He was fair about his gradeing and was also very knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to when things became confuseing. Word of advice though please read the text book, it makes the class 1000 times easier and come to class. If you come almost everyday you will get the higher grade if your on borderline.

I had Lueke for 221 and 222 this semester. Both classes are set up similarly. I would highly recommend him, possibly the best teacher I have had at AACC. He explains topics clearly to the students and students have a say in how the tests are written(multiple choice, short answer, open book, take home, etc.) I would love to take another class w/ him
