Super funny and sarcastic. Passionate about what he does. Always has good stories to tell to relate to lectures. He says to read the textbook but you really don't need to that much, he elaborates a lot in class and reviewing power points helps. I would take him again for sure.

Miano is a great man with a life filled with knowledge and experience in psychology. He taught a great class last semester. He is very understanding and helps you if you have any questions. Expects you to read the textbook chapters and his tests can be extremely tough. He makes you work for your grade but that's what makes him a good professor.

had him in 6 wk class. a lot of work, had to write 3 papers and roll them all into one big one, but it taught me how to write a really good research paper. Hippy guy....Led me to believe he saw the Dead, but I realized that he is too young!!!

He seems nice, but he's not all that nice. He is a practicing psychologist so he incorporates his job into the class, but he often goes off topic which causes us to become behind on material. He assigns a lot of work to do. I'm doing well in that clss but I have to work hard.
