My absolute favorite professor at Pepperdine, by far. Incredibly smart, kind, open, funny, personable, and likable. Willing to help students in any way possible, whether with class, jobs, internships, or interviews. Really cares about his students. Experience as executive with Arco, so he knows his stuff. He was my mentor - we still keep in touch!

BEST professor I have ever had. He's understanding, easy to talk to, FUNNY, has great personal stories, easy tests, open to feedback...just overall the best professor here at Pepperdine. Mullen is more of a friend than a professor. You can talk to him at any time for any reason, just go and relax in his office. I love this man!!! He's a hottie ^_~

Mike is awesome! I was only at at Pepperdine for three semesters (and two summers) but I took three of Mike's classes: Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior and Current Issues in Management. Mike had so much information to share, and real life experience. I work in the HR field partially because of him. Taking Mike's classes is partially what made attending Pepperdine such a great educational experience for me.
