Great professor. You'll pass the class as long as you show up. Gives answers to test in class. Tests are fairly easy as long as you do the readings.

Best English teacher I've had here. He has a great sense of humor and the class was fun because it was all discussion. He never makes you feel stupid for anything you say in the discussions so people actually talk. No test or quizzes, just papers which you can draft and rewrite. There is a lot of reading but it is a lit class.

TAKE THIS CLASS. It's impossible not to get an A in if you apply any effort at all. No quizzes. No exams. No text book. Just five novels for guided reading throughout the semester with class discussions and group forums. There are four essays (the fourth essay is the "final exam"). Always offers a revision period where you can get a higher grade.

TAKE HIS CLASS! Super easy, just take notes and read the material. No quizzes or tests, just group forums on Sakai and one big (though easy) research project at the end. Very helpful and very approachable. Favorite teacher in the English department!

Conley was a fantastic teacher! He has a great sense of humor which makes his class great! I honestly stopped reading the texts before class because he would tell us everything we needed to know before we discussed. He was willing to read drafts of papers up until the day before it was due. Let us revise papers, always got a better grade!

The linked English class was great. If you show up to class and read, you'll get an A. Theres a lot of in class work, which is pretty easy, but some failed just because they never showed up and missed out on the points. The books you read are kinda crazy but he keeps in interesting and is super helpful. He'll always meet up with you and help you

GREAT! I'm in the 101/123 linked classes. I have to wake up at 7 o clock in the morning every mon, wed, fri and have to sit threw two hours and yet i still love this class. The two hours fly by,no joke. Some novels are dull and challenging, but Conley makes the class so interesting you dont even notice. Recommend him to anyone, I love his lame jokes

Conley is a great professor. He is very helpful and he is always willling to answer questions outside of class if you are to shy to do it in class. His class has a lot of reading but in the end it is all worth for six cretit hours.

Be prepared to share in his mentality that his class is the only class you will be taking, even though clearly, it wont be. Get ready for tough grading and no chance for a curved scale on extremely specific and randomly hard tests and surprise quizes. I am a really good student and still got a D. good luck

GREAT CLASS. if you are an incoming freshman taking 101 TAKE the 101/123 linked. it is FAR more interesting than a straight 101 class and TK Conley is great. Best prof I've had at BU so far.. I would recommend him in an instant.

Dr. Conley is so much fun & he makes class very interesting! he loves group work and the class is pretty much discussion-based. This course was combined with Blouch's 358 which made it very interesting. You read good things & both teachers are fun. Good class!

Conley is so awesome! He is a really caring and insightful prof. He really listens to everyone's ideas and never makes condescending comments that would make one feel stupid. Take his class if you like to know what's expected of you, appreciate organization, and (cheesy) humor.

Moss Avenue Liberal which means he's a real world idiot. He's a great...seriously GREAT English professor. Of course, what does English have to do with the real world anyway. Ignore his embarassing lack of understanding of politics and revel in his pedagogical talents. Wonderful professor.
