Dr. Rulon is a great and caring professor. This class is A LOT of work in and outside of classroom but he always tries to make it fun. This class was difficult for me and I took advantage of every extra credit opportunity. I learned a lot and it was a solid foundation for other psych classes

He is an amazing and caring teacher that has tons of knowledge! Overall, there is a ton of work outside of class that is required. You might not have to attend class but you need to! His test are based on the book. lectures, and movies (pay attention and write a lot of notes in class!!!).

Take as many of his classes as you can! I went to Covenant with little interest in physch and walked out with a minor (would have been a major if i had taken him freshman year!) all because of this man! He's interactive, engaging and so thrilling... he makes you love class so much you almost forget you are learning! :)

Wonderful professor! Knows his stuff, very fun class. Gen Psych is a lot of work outside of the class, but it was my favorite (and I took it my first semester at Covenant!)Dr. Rulon also really cares about his students. He's not "easy" but he's very understanding and helpful. Take this class!

Dr. Rulon made our Gen Psych class very interesting, but he definitely gives a lot of freedom to students to decide if they want to learn the material or not. For Gen Psych, there is a TON of work that needs to be done outside of class, so if you're thinking about taking that class, keep that in mind.
