Comment:

Most annoying teacher ever, by far the worst ive ever had at WNC. Doesn't teach, has a god complex, and avoids any questions. He turns very opinionated towards individuals. This class is a waste of time. You will not learn unless you enjoying reading the book and listen to a guy ramble and pronounce the H in "white"

Comment:

I hated this class. Professor doesn't teach and rambles about things that have nothing to do with the class. Practice test are nothing like real tests. I felt stupid the whole semester. It's set up where you can't fail, but I'm not prepared to go further in my degree from this class. I'd avoid.

Comment:

Sady is super entertaining and keeps the students engaged. You can tell he loves what he does. He encourages questions but does not single you out. Lecture is informative if a little random, labs are not hard in groups of 2-5. Homework is optional, but will help on the test, which do not track the sample tests very closely! Fun class and professor!

Dr. Sady's class is an easy A; however, if you are taking this class because you are going into chemistry at a university, I would not take him. He is not very clear, his text book is extremely hard to understand (not mentioning all of the type errors), and he skips over huge topics that are essential for future classes.

I would not take this teacher! When you ask him a question he makes you feel stupid like you should already know it. He puts problems up on the board for class and that's what you do while he leaves the room is try to figure it out. Just show us! That's what we are there for is for him to teach us but he doesn't seem to get that.

Mr. Sady was such an amazing teacher! He made sure all students knew how to do everything before he moved on. He is very nice and you learn a lot in his class. Over all it is an easy class but you do have to study for tests, after all it is college. I had never taken a chem class before and I got an A in his class. I would highly recommended him!

When I went to him with questions, he didn't answer it, and assured me that his classes were set up so it was impossible to fail. I felt embarrassed and stupid all semester. I think he grades easy just so the school doesn't notice that he has so many students not grasping material and failing if he were to grade normal.

Before this class, I hated chemistry. He gives you lots of help, the homework is not required, but certainly helpful, (and he gives you the answers online available all semester), and he gives students not only tests from previous years, but also the answers. he gives you a chance to do extracredit and he drops your lowest test grade. Great Teacher

I completely agree with the above poster. I was in his Chem class and anytime I had a question, he talked to me like I was 5 years old. I took another professor (Carman) who was hard, but fascinating...and VERY helpful!!!
