Prof. Sheets is very particular how he likes to run class. He uses a PowerPoint to teach, and he gives students print offs of his lecture slides. Organic Chemistry is tough and will require a lot of time and devotion.

Mike Sheets is a very poor teacher. He teaches only the power points. If you ask him a question that is not on the power points he does not know the answer. He refuses to help any student regardless of the circumstance. You would learn just as much if you just read the book and skip all of the classes.

I do not recommand this class for learning experience. I do not care about student's effort at all. But, he seems care about attendacne only. I knew somebody did not try anything and still pass his class with good grade. Not fair, Not helpful. He knows, but he doesn't teach us.

Not too impressed. He knows his stuff, but gets loud and demeaning if you ask questions, especially if you made an obvious mistake. I wouldn't take any of his classes again. The class itself isn't too bad and there's LOTS of opportunities for bonus points.

Underneath the scowl and loudness is a nice guy. He really knows his chemistry and never seemed to mind our questions. There is a lot to learn, but he offers optional tutorials which count extra.

Good Teacher. Very smart. Does not like questions asked. If you go in there and keep your mouth shut, do your homework, you'll do fine. He curved at the end of the semester. My B was an A even though my grade on the final was a B.

Definitely knows his stuff, but has a gruff demeanor. He seems to curve a letter grade if you complete the course. I think you would have to piss him off to get an F.

His class is not that Hard but if you hang in there he will basicly pass you. you just have to try and you will get a better grade than you think. i thought i was going to get a C but i ended up with a B soo its not that bad !!! He is Okay compared to other teachers
