Pedantic, standoffish, and self-important, Millie Burns has been an unfortunate mainstay of the MMC art department for some time, and will probably continue to teach required classes for the rest of the forseeable future. Don't challenge her, even in jest--she's a passive-agressive grader, and will decline to review your surprise D in her class.

Do not take Millie for this class if you're a Graphic Design major! She is very nice but you will not learn anything. She doesn't teach the course as a design course but more like a "fun with photoshop" course. Take Prof Holl even though he is a bit of a dick.
