Comment:
Professor Lee is a great professor who truly wanted all of the students to succeed. The first exam may be a little difficult, but his style is very easy to adapt to and the average exponentially increases as the course progresses. If there are any issues, go and ask a fellow classmate or the professor and you will easily find help

His lectures are difficult to understand and he makes it more confusing than if I were to use the textbook. He WILL know and remember your name if you ever introduce yourself to him. His exam are surprisingly easy as he gives a lot of partial credit and most if it are problems covered in class. I got an A and still know nothing about circuits.

The Easiest class I've ever take. Someone complains that his lecture notes are non-sense because they didn't read the book. Although I also didn't learn too much on the lecture, his notes are very helpful after you read the textbook. He uses the book a lot. The book is very clear as long as you are okay with math.

Professor Lee gives very clear and helpful lectures. If you attend class and take notes, there is no need to read the textbook. Tests are very fair and he spends a class before to review for it. Great teacher.

Literally do not take circuits with this professor, Lee can make any simple subject impossible to understand. Class will require patience and attentiveness. DO not take this class

Tremendously enthusiastic teacher. He loves questions and tries his best to make you feel good when you ask them. Really friendly guy, lectures follow well overall. I will say, he doesn't go as indepth into the physical intuition for circuits, but you will be a master at solving them.

Some professors are able to make a hard topic easy. Professor Lee makes an easy subject absolutely impossible. Worst professor I had in college.

Grading policies are nonsense. Takes of lots of points for small mistakes. Unhelpful in office hours and unclear in lectures. You'll probably get a decent final grade, but it isn't worth the stress of dealing with him. If you can avoid taking his classes, I'd recommend it. He killed my interest in the subject for now.

Great prof. His thoughts are very easy to follow, he cares about his students, he is generous with grading. One problem ppl complain about is his accent. If you can understand it, he will become ur most favorite professor in the school.

Professor Lee has a kind heart but that is where the positives end. He will try to help but usually won't understand or adequately address your questions. His class is entirely incoherent and he spends much of the time rambling. You will learn nothing in this class, you will feel completely lost all semester, but you will probably get an A.

By far, the smartest Professor that has ever taught me. Professor Lee does not care about grades, he care about teaching and the students' understanding. He doesn't teach facts, he teaches concepts that's why he's more difficult to follow. He knows his students and he's by far the most lenient grader.

1.EC455 is the hardest course I ever learnt. 2.Textbook is not friendly at all. Authors supposed readers are genius and PhD. 3.Prof. Lee does not provide us with sample exams and clear solutions to homework. Fourth, I overloaded. Think twice before register Lee's EC455.

Do not take his class. He rambles, writes notes incoherently on the board, and is very hard to follow in lecture. He has decent reviews which is why I took the course, but don't believe them! The only thing he has going for him is that he is a very easy teacher. If you take his class you will feel hopeless all semester, and learn almost nothing.

The fact that he is rated this high is honestly shocking. He spends half of every lecture telling the class how great of a teacher he is and how long he's been teaching. Impossible to follow his lectures. Completely out of touch in my opinion. Tests aren't super difficult, though I've learned everything from the book.

Some people love Professor Lee, but I am not one of them. He's teaching style is frustrating, confusing, and rambling-esque. A lot of fluff in lecture, and not much content. I felt my final grade did not reflect my knowledge level. I felt I did much better than I deserved . . .

Everyone complains that the homework and labs are hard but the homework is out of the book and the labs were made up 10 years ago. He will go out of his way to help you understand something but he doesnt always understand your confusion so feel free to clarify for him. He makes mistakes but they're easy to catch so call him out on it, he likes it.
