He goes by Snake. You'd never guess he's in charge of the honor council. Tests are open book, open note, open computer- you're an engineer, solve the problem. If you're in his classes you probably pay attention well so do that, it helps. Homework due dates and tests are totally flexible. Homework comes in bursts.

Professor Wilkes is really nice and funny, but the lectures can get a little boring and therefore you won't pay attention. Learned in this class, but wish the material was presented in a slightly more interesting way.
