Professor Foust was a very interesting teacher. I had her for creative writing so practically everyone gets an A as long as you turn in the packet at the end of the semester. I didn't really enjoy her class, but she is a published author so if you want to be published she will help you. Other than that she brought her dog to class and we ate alot.

Comment:

Serial killers were the subject matter all semester. If you can handle some scary and nasty talk, then its fine. She does not spend much time on talking about writing, which is nice because it doesn't get as boaring. Not difficult, but show up for class.

One of the most interesting teachers on campus. She is poet and an inspiration. I enjoyed going to her class. Too bad she's not teaching Writing 2 this fall; I would have loved to have her again this year.

She is unlike any other teacher; very down to earth. I admit her essay topics are difficult but it really makes you think. Afterall that is what college writing is about. If you want to learn how to write take a lower writing class. She is also gives out very fair grades. Awsome professor.

Was passing the class and worked really hard on my essays, and failed me. Had a college english teacher read my papers to ensure I would do very well. She is VERY picky and a hard grader. DONT TAKE HER CLASS!!!! Cool personaliy but not a cool grader!

Probably one of the easiest ENGLISH classes I've ever taken actually...She's fair. Just do the essays, and try...ask for help occasionally. I never had to go to the writing lab once for this teacher if that helps! :D

Michelle is brilliant. She expects her students to behave - she's a professor not a teacher - if you can hack it - your writing will improve orders of magnatude and you will WRITE - if not go take a class from a simpleton and learn nothing.

Extremely hard grader. They class itself is whatever. The only thing I liked about the class was the Hitchcock films. Essay prompts and totally unclear. The class is not structured. She goes ON and ON about random stuff and about herself. DON'T TAKE HER.
