Professor is mediocre He generally cares that the students learn but, only cares during lecture. Outside of lecture he is not helpful. He does not respond to e-mails and if he does it is much later. Unhelpful in office hours. He does give partial credit on exams. He often goes on rants about students and completely disrupts the learning experience.

Mechanical Design II Review: Here's what you need to know - 1.) Make sure you get the textbook. 2.) Homework is bi-weekly and will take you a bit, I recommend Chegg to speed this up. 3.) Exams aren't that bad, put in time making sure you can do the homework and you'll be fine. 4.) Homework is graded hard but on exams he's VERY forgiving.

I imagine this guy as a turtle that came into human form, but is a REALLY straightforward professor. He doesnt fool around and teaches what is needed. He does call on students that dont participate and he caught me one time studying for Fluids during lecture. He will make you want hit him when he does that. overall pretty good

Awful Awful guy. When asking questions in class he baits students to get the wrong answers and then when students do get them wrong he lectures the class on how they are all stupid. Also he often spends the class period yelling the lecture out.

Comment:

One of the best professors at UT. Expects a lot from his students, but you walk away having learned a lot. Dynamics was pretty tough, but Biomechanics wasn't too bad. Highly recommend.
