Be smart about the lectures you skip. The text book can be found online with enough googling. Its not absolutely necessary but it can help, especially the pictures. do something to become familiar with the material beforehand and after a test, mark what you saw on the notes so you know what to study for the final, if you need to take it.

Given the amount time and concentration you need in order to pass I would suggest taken two classes for the semester. But if you think you can mange more best of luck, you'll need it. Its a lot of material and requires a lot from you. Also it gets more intense during the 2nd half of the semester and there is no makeups, so don't miss any classes.

She is an excellent teacher! Yes, this class is hard but she tell you EVERYTHING you need to know! (no exceptions) She's not the typically powerpoint teacher that just reads off the board. No she stand straight in front of you and tells you and shows you, then ask directly if you understood before she moved on. It take the students to study

Lots of students automatically dislike Ms. Esfahani, but it is only because these students do not want to study hard. I have had plenty of excused absences and she WORKED WITH ME ALL THE WAY! She is tough, but extremely knowledgable. If you are "built for tough" - take the course. "NURSING" ALWAYS goes back to A&P 1 & 2. She is the BEST to teach u

I love her because she is VERY knowledgeable ; "Hate" or "LOVE" professor, BUT she recognizes her BEST student with the highest potential a mile away! Traditionally A&P is hard and this class is no exception. You will not pass this class if you don't study and know the material inside and out. There is basically an exam scheduled every single time you go to lecture or lab. I learned a lot from this class (which has been really helpful in my nursing program!) and I would absolutely take it again!!

70 percent of my studying went to this cIass only. I'm a mom to an almost 2 year old, and I work, and take 2 more classes. Cried when I saw that she gave me a B+ Because I truly deserved an A. And I'm not the one to give excuses. BE READY for exams every 2 weeks and a quiz every week. Her exams are worth 75 percent of your grade. So good luck!

If you miss class she will meet with you afterwards to explain the material. You do not "have to" go to class, as it will not affect your grade, however you most likely will not pass if you do not because tests are based on lectures. Studying is absolutely mandatory. Quizzes are during lab. I found quizzes to be hard. Tip: read chapter beforehand.

She is a great teacher. You will not get by if you do not study. She gives all the material so a book really isn't necessary. She gets into deatail and will explain without hesitation. U have a test for every chapter and quizzes for each lab. You get your moneys worth. It was very hard but so with it. I learned a WHOLE lot from her

She is by far my favorite teacher ever. There's a lot of material but she tells you what you need to do to pass her test. You've got to work for it but if you listen and participate you can do well. She explains EVERYTHING instead of making you read slides while she goes off on tangents. Wish her style was more prevalent.

One of RCC's Best. If you're serious about an Allied Health field, you need to take her A&P courses. The downside is that unless you are willing to invest hours and hours per week studying, you may not succeed in her course. She apparently doesn't grade on a curve (sometimes giving no A's), and it's not unusual for half the class to drop.

Loves teaching, cares about her students and it shows!! Goes above and beyond to make her lectures clear and accessible. Tough exams, but she prepares you well if you work hard. Will go out of her way to help you learn and improve. Wish I could take all of my classes with her!

I have a Bachelors and Masters in an entirely different field. I found this course very difficult--it is not one of my strengths. However, I can't recall a better professor in any of my other courses. Don't sign up to her course if you want an easy A. Do sign up if you want to learn something, with a professor will help you reach that goal.
