From day one she has always been late for class and gives an excuse every time. Other than that, she is a pretty good prof. The class discussions are interesting at times and she encourages different opinions. All you need to pass is read what she assigns and take some notes. Textbook not necessary, she takes photo copies of all the stories.

she was my AP english teacher in high school as well. one of the best professors. she chooses interesting reading material. although there is a lot of writing, she gives clear instructions. nd makes it easy. she is highly recommended. as long as u do ur work, you will do well. she is a fair grader.

Steer clear of this class. Although she is a very nice person, she is not a fair grader. She is not very open to other people's interpretations when it comes to the stories read in class. It's HER way or no way. Find another teacher that will let you express yourself better in your essays.

she teaches english at my h.s. and is excellent. she was my favorite out of all my high school english teachers and i miss her. she is very, very knowledgeable and friendly. if you have her as a teacher, be prepared to read a lot and write a lot about that reading. but of course, if you love to do both, like i did, then you'll enjoy having her.
