for ppl attending port moody's HL calculus, im sorry u got no other alternatives... but i mean if u can cope with the timing of the course and his sometimes awkward attitude, well then hes a really good and knowledgable teacher... oh by the way try to get the closest seats possible, since his writing is so messy, small and light...

A good teacher but he's a bit biased if he doesn't like you. Had a higher grade than almost all the students but he gave me a lower predicted grade than people getting 10% lower than me.

I'm so said he's not my math teacher anymore. After convincing me that I would fail in math, he taught me everything I needed to succeed in math. He's hilarious once you get to know him.

Its been a few years since I had him, but still by far the best math teacher I have ever had. If you are an engineer, or into applied/practical math, go for this prof! Decent sense of humor and really good, clear mathematician.

Once you get to know him he's an amazing guy. If you know to ask the right questions, and listen in class (even though at times that may be tough since it's so early), then the material will start to make a lot more sense (including the harder stuff)! I wouldn't hesitate to say that he's bordering a mathematical genius.
