I had Myriam for Water Law and Climate Change. She is a great professor. Expect to do write some lengthy papers (10 pages minimum)and to do a few presentations. But all of the hard work will pay off in the end. It has been over 3 years since graduating from CSUMB and I still remember and use the material that I learned in her class.

Advises students rather than lectures to them. Lessons are mainly powerpoint presentations by students who studied material the night before. Midterm was a group powerpoint that could either be great or disastrous. Final was a group presentation with a display board. Taught like a high school class. Too much theory by students not enough facts.

shes nice but teaches like a high school class. its really easy but sometimes shes not that clear on what she wants from assignments and papers so u really have to dig deep to see what she is trying to get from you. too many presentations that kids dont even pay attention too and since their is no textbook the tests are totally random.
