Shes a great professor. Very caring. Always available for extra help. Chem is a challenging subject but dont blame her if you dont do well. Chem takes effort and practice to succeed. Her tests are very straight forward. Understand the homework and the major concepts and youll do fine if you out in the effort

Breen is a great professor. People confuse a hard subject with a bad instructor. She gives weekly online homework that is impossible to do poorly on if you put in a little work every night. She will gladly answer questions and explain difficult subjects in more depth. You do not want to miss her quizzes because they can be huge grade boosters.

I had Breen for two semesters of Chem and she did improve. Her quizzes are fairly easy and she offers a lot of extra credit opportunities which are helpful because everyone fails the exams. Although the course is difficult, Breen is the best of the Chem professors. Highly recommend.

Avoid her if you can. As the head of the department, she's supposedly the best of the chem professors. That being said, she rarely explains topics in full detail and her class is confusing, overall.

Breen is like the head of the department so she basically creates all of the exams, hence she gets her students prepared unlike all the other chem teachers, which don't know how to prepare students!! Her teaching style sucks through power points, but if you go talk to her, she is the most helpful person in the world!!!!

Nancy was not helpful at all, she explains really simple concepts in depth and grazes over intense material

She's not bad. Sure, her class can be boring. But she gives you minimal homework, and tells you exactly what is going to be on the test. You could do a lot worse for core science. I am a slacker and I got a b+.

Boring subject matter, but this lady really knows her stuff. If you can pay attention you can pass, no problem. If you don't show up or are laZy you'll fail, but then its your own damn fault. Easy if you don't dick around.

She is a nice lady, but that doesn't mean she is a good teacher. Chemistry can be confusing, and she is not helpful for understanding it. The textbook was better. Class was so bad, I had to withdraw.

I have learned nothing, she admits she doesn't know what she's talking about, but doesn't let those in the class tell her what the answer is. Take her only if you have to!
