Dr.D did such an amazing job of relating all the physics principles to the human body. Your grade is made up of only participation, quizzes, and the final project. She will always announce when you have a quiz, and as long as you study the worksheets, you are fine. She is always there for you when you need help, so take advantage of office hours.

Dr. D is a wonderful teacher, one of the best at RU, and the best in the Physics Dept. in my opinion. She expects a lot from her students but genuinely wants them to understand course material. Great teacher to get to know, she can provide great opportunities to anyone willing to go the extra mile and get involved

Donaldson is a really nice lady but I really don't prefer her as a teacher. She goes over material pretty quickly and expects way too much class participation and ends up wasting half of class waiting for people to volunteer. Tests and quizzes are pretty easy if you study, but you basically have to teach yourself most of the material.

not the greatest teacher but her tests are not bad. You won't understand what she is saying unless you read ahead in the book or powerpoints, she can sometimes confuse you even then. Test/quiz questions come from hw. Its a self teach class but its not too hard to get an A if you stay on top of the reading and hw.

Phenomenal teacher. Extremely helpful and passionate about her field. Takes time to make sure every student understands, and challenges you to think for yourself and beyond the classroom.

Such a nice lady! She is very knowledgeable and helpful if you ask questions outside of class. I would say it is sometimes difficult to follow her if you haven't had physics before and if you choose not to read ahead. Her mind moves fairly quickly through the material and she sometimes doesn't write out every step when doing problems.

One of the worst professors I have ever had. She is probably bi-polar. Many times she would say one thing only to claim she had never even thought that a few minutes later. She will help you but what is right in one class might not be in the next.

good teacher. i'd definately recommend the class. she's really good at relating the information clearly. always available if you need help. just stop by her office. take her if you want a good grade in physics

She was a great teacher. I don't understand physics very well, but she helped me a lot. She explained things pretty clearly and answered all of my questions. She was working hard to get her PhD but still made time to help us; Not all teachers can do that.
