Nancy definately runs a work intensive, no-nonsense class but if your interested in art and you enjoy exploring different techniques then this is a goldmine class for you. GPA SKYROCKETER. However this comes with the warning: do your homework on time and pay attention to her intructions. Class can get a little monotonous. Havefunwithnudemodels!!!

nancy is an amazing amazing teacher. i have learned so much from having classes with her (drawing painting and the issues class) and it's true that if you aren't working your ass off you are going to get bad marks. high expectations are for your own good. i owe her a lot for all the great advice. love the sarcasm and CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

Nancy's class was very enjoyable! it was my fav class this semester. she gave the class some pretty interesting assignments and allows you to explore you own techniques and styles. She can be a little sarcastic at times, but all in good fun! I would definitly take a class with her again.

Great overall teacher, lets the student realize there style on own, if your coming into the art not sure of your style try robert or shebail.Nancy will direct you but allows you to deside what is your style and will only push you to work harder and bigger but not for what she considers art. Awsome

She cares & pAys so much attention to her students. She even notices brushes I use for my painting!! She found lost brushes and noticed that they were mine right away!!! A very smart person with Tons of education background; very approachable; very open about ideas and suggestions. One supa teacher!

I dunno about you guys, but fine art students love her... She gives tons of freedom and she leads you not just to paint, but to explore art from artist's point of view. I think she's one amazing contemporary art teacher. SLACKERS don't take her classes !!

Was helpful and does have some favorite students, but that happens because some students don't work and don't hand in their essay's. Hand in your stuff and show you've worked.
