very easy class. it is annoying. you have a test every week for 14 weeks. she counts 12 of 14 tests. weekly online quizzes, which at least 3 questions from quiz appear on exam so free points.. no point of staying in class 80% of class leaves. just study hard from book and u'll ace it

Extremely unpleasant class. The text is about animal torture (otherwise known as "learning"). The professor simply regurgitates the book and gives a test a week plus three quizzes bi-weekly. After the test 3/4 of the class clears out of the room. Attending/not attending class is up to you as the test is all out of the textbook. Bleh.

Dr. Hemmes wants her students to do well, so show your face and she'll do what she can to help you get a good grade. Quizzes and reading can be annoying but it's easy and she basically gives you the answer if you ask her a questions during a quiz. Don't skip her class though, you won't do well.

She is really nice and knows her stuff. She also teaches very well. The are quizzes every week, but they are easy. The questions come straight from the text. She also gives a lot of extra credit.

Lets be fair, she does forget her notes a lot, but she knows her stuff & gives a great lecture with or without them. She presents the matirials in a way that make them easy to learn and understand, she also will work with you if you dont get it.She is a great teacher.

Absolute sweetheart. Easy A if you attend lectures and read text. Extremely helpful and generous to students. Truly cares about hardworking students and bends over backwards to help you get a better grade. Presents the material clearly and in digestible doses. Highly recommended. Very intelligent.
