Dr. Makenna is WAY overqualified to be teaching at a community college. He never gives you examples of problems to do on your own, notes are not organized and he's almost impossible to please with tests. More than half my class dropped before midterms and his stories aren't very necessary to learning the material.Do NOT take a 1 day a week class

Dr. McKenna is the best! He made math fun, and easy to remember with his funny stories. He was very helpful and didnâ??t mind working with me outside of class when I didnâ??t understand. He's great, and I definitely recommend taking him for any math class!

Dr. McKenna was the BEST instructor possible for calculus! His jokes are hilarious, and he is extremely intelligent. No doubt he could teach mathematics ANYWHERE he wants, Kish is very fortunate to have him. If you don't enroll in his section, guarantee you will not understand the material as well and you will REGRET it. Neal is the man :)

Stats is not an easy class for me - I took it with McKenna the second time. He was a great teacher! Wish I had taken him the first time! He made things easy to understand, and he was always willing to work through problems to help you find the answer. Great guy!
