Comment:

He certainly thinks he runs the school and he's been here long enough he just might. He uses this class as a platform to teach the youth everything he feels they need to know. This results in lots of rambling lectures that often repeat and unscheduled unrelated video days, and then the tests are 90% from the book anyway. Couldn't stand his attitude

Have taken two classes w/ Dr. Wise (Political Theory, American Political Thinking). Both classes were almost identical in structure, enormous amounts of reading, quizzes to start every class, and group led class discussions throughout the semester. Tests are gruesomely demanding. Expect to work for a decent grade, lectures are boring irrelevant.

Dr Wise is Political Science at St Edwards. He's without a doubt the most demanding professor as far as reading and exams, but if you get an A in his class, you know you earned it. Dry sense of humor, but is very funny.

Dr. NEAL Wise has been a true inspiration to me, and my course studies. I graduated with a degree in Political Science in December of 2004, worked with the Legislature for one year under a prominent political figure, and because of Wise, I am now going to pursue my Master's degree. He is the best!
