Comment:

Professor Johnson is one of the best English teachers I have ever had. He is so funny, caring, and allows a lot of creativity when it comes to writing essays which is great because they are never boring that way! The group drama project was so much fun and the author project. If you take this professor, you wont regret it. Hes wonderful.

Not that bad of a class. At first it was at a different campus which I didn't adjust to until a month in as well with the class. However, Professor Johnson made sure I learned the material and wrote well for the class. The broadcasting assignments were better than the others. He let's you write whatever you want. This was a great class.

Mr. Johnson is a very relaxed teacher. There isn't a lot of work but each class is a lot of fun. He will work with you to make sure you pass as long as you try. He is very kind and understanding. Very easy class to pass. If you want an easy A, take him.

Talks too much about his hometown in Kentucky, but overall a good instructor. All the assignments are easy and each one gets easier down the line. He has strict standards of when assignments should be handed in on time. If not he will not accept them. I wish this class could be taught at the Clearwater campus.

Easily my favorite professor at community college! So personable and he really cares about his students. You do the work and you'll get an A. I took him for journalism and American Lit and loved them both! He made homework fun and it never really felt like work to me! If you have the chance TAKE HIM!

If you want a workshop class to read off your work and get feedback, this may be a class for you. Love/hate relationship with Johnson by the end. Took stuff out on us from other classes, and kinda went on rants. Makes you read his book and do a review; terrible book, but you're free to tear it apart in the review with no hard feelings. Meh prof.

The best professor at spc! He is hilarious and makes comp actually fun. He is a very fair grader, pay attention in class! Really cares about the subject he teaches and his students. You will not regret taking him.

One of the best Professors I have had so far. He laughs at his own jokes, which makes things even more funny. I had a lot going on during the time I was in this class and still passed with an A. He gives you the option to rewrite most of your assignments for a better grade. He may come off tough at first but he is a lot of fun.

I took Johnson for comp 1 and 2. He's hilarious and really nice, his stories are great. You have several papers to write but not hard. Group project in comp 2. He's awesome and a very fair grader. I got A's in both classes. I recommend him to anyone.

Professor Johnson is by far the best teacher I have ever had. He is extremely funny, his lectures are NEVER boring. He ends the class with a comic relief. I would recommend to this class to anyone!! He is a little tough with the grading but he lets you do rewrites! I have him for a 8 am class and I actually look forward to going! I love him 10/10

Mr Johnson was amazing. Always there for the students and very flexible with due dates and extra credit. His lectures don't even feel like lectures! My writing had definitely benefited from his class. He does care about attendance but if something comes up, he is understanding. Even going out of town; just let him know and he will work with you!

Professor Johnson is a very respectable professor. He has a way with words that keeps the atmosphere light while also maintaining order of his class. His assignments aren't grueling, redundant, or tedious, and he generally will allow the papers you turn in to fall below the word benchmark as long as the content is good. (if only mine was...)

Wonderful and hilarious professor. Makes CompII enjoyable and educational. You will have sporadic short homework assignments, an author project, and a 2,000 word literary criticism paper. Professor Johnson is great and such a fun teacher! Tells you before each assignment how he will be grading it. Not too tough of a grader, will let you turn in a rewrite within a week of him returning your paper. Easy quizzes, just read and go over what he tells you to.
