Funny and intelligent. Take two tests which are worth 35% of your grade, the rest is your notebook and class participation. I've taken two classes with him and loved both. You can get away with missing a few classes, and he is really understanding if you have something going on in your personal life. Great teacher overall.

Hilarious, fair, and knowledgeable.His tangents are delightful, so your education surpasses the text.He is very specific in his expectations. Just don't let him learn your name as he will question you randomly. The questions are assigned as Home work regularly.The difficulty lies in figuring out which question he is asking 20 random tangents later.

Cronin is awesome. Always cracking jokes. Lots of repetition & review, so you will learn this subject! Get involved (bring in articles and do the optional presentation) - it's SO EASY and will make the class more interesting for you. Stopped by his AncientHist class once too - looked great. A+ for Cronin!

Hilarious guy! Great and easy teacher. He's always making jokes and throwing one-liners in his lectures. If you have no interset in History but need the credits take it from him. One 5-10min presentation and a midterm and final..he gives you all the questions/terms you need to study for before. very easy and fun.

Funny, funny guy. He gave us copies of both the midterm and the final. Aside from those two tests, there was an oral presentation and a three to four page paper, and that was all that was required. Very easy. I don't know if I would have had any interest in his lectures if I wasn't interested in history, however. Sometimes boring.
