He teaches things different than the homework process, doesn't give papers back on time and doesn't answer emails. He is funny and I think he really does care but he doesn't do what he says he is going to do. He also doesn't let you use your graphing calculator on test and gives you a plain one even if the test says to use a graphing calculator.

Probably one of the most influential professors known to man. He's tough, but he has to be in order for you to get the concept. He's fair with grading, and his lectures - when he isn't roasting you - are very enjoyable and formative. Plus, he makes integrals and sequences/series not suck. So, yay. Would definitely recommend.

In my experience, personally, Prof Sandi is incredibly incapable of grading tests/quizzes on time. I turned in a quiz over a month ago, and he is still grading it. Same goes for my test. He has not put in any homework on d2l either, and I am more than halfway through my semester. He is overall very kind, but not the teacher for hands-on learners.

With Neji, I have not only taken Calculus, but I have learned it. His lectures were very fun because he skipped the BS and went straight to the math. I always looked forward to his class. He works very hard for his students so it's only right I gave it a great effort. I used to be bad at math but now I am content with my abilities.

I absolutely LOVE Prof. Sandi. He made Calculus seem easy as pi (haha). He is so kind and helpful; not only did he offer all-day office hours M, W, and F, but he ALSO met with students weekly on Saturdays. He goes above and beyond for every student in his class, and postpones due dates and even tests if we're not ready. He's hilarious and amazing.

Professor Sandi is really helpful person and understands the students needs. I'm the type of person that struggled with math, but Professor Sandi made it easy with his way of teaching. I'm glad I had the opportunity to have him as my professor. I highly recommend you to take his class if you struggle with math.

It's very frustrating having to email back and forth to get clear directions on practically everything. His set up on D2L is very unclear and unspecific to me. A month into the class and I'm still having trouble finding out what all is due and what all isn't mandatory.

Math is a hard subject and this professor understands that. At first the class may seem hard because he grades the tests hard, but those scores really do not count as much because they actually get somewhat weighed. As long as you come to class every week and do the tests you should pass the class. He does do reviews which are essential to attend

I hate (haaaate) math but Mr. Sandi makes a horrible subject fun. He thinks outside the box and makes you actually LEARN and UNDERSTAND math, not just memorize formulas in order to pass. He's outspoken and has a very direct personality that some people can't handle but he genuinely cares and has a supreme ability to explain things in many diff ways

Naji is a down to earth Professor. He can get a little off topic, but he makes the class fun. His tests are no calculator, but he gives you easy numbers to deal with (i.e. sin(5+2) sin (7))

I still have nightmares from this professor. He insults students and makes them feel stupid. What happened with "there are no stupid questions"? Tests are full of trick questions. No way of preparing for exam. I can't believe I passed this class though. -_-

Mr. Sandi is the BEST teacher I have ever had!!! He is very knowledgeable about the subject and I am looking forward to taking another math class with him. He definitely challenges his students and does not hand out grades that are not earned. Show him respect and you're interest to succeed and he'll help you get there.

Mr. Sandi is by far the best math professor I have EVER had, period. I have struggled with math my entire life (this was my third time taking this course if that tells you anythng)and for the first time I actually understand it and might even go as far as to say I don't hate math anymore. If you actually want to LEARN, take his class. He's awesome!

He seems very rough on the first day, but he grows on you. He's a nice guy and knows his subject well. His teaching style is different and requires you to teach yourself to some extent. Most tests were pretty hard, and the reviews weren't too helpful. Be sure to communicate with him after class if you're struggling.

Good at math, awful at teaching. His words-(I'm a professor not a tutor. No HW review until test review. No textbook in class unless I say so. No graphing calc on tests). No points for HW, no quizzes. Only grades come from tests, which he does a TERRIBLE job prepping you for. Will tell you it was the easiest test hes created. Doesn't know how to teach

Neji is worth it. He provided a challenging and new way of approaching mathematics, and he really has made me enjoy math- something I've never done. He can be a pain, and even condescending, but he was a worthwhile professor that taught me a lot. Don't take him if you want an easy grade- he will make you work.
