I agree with person below me. Try to do presentation earlier in the quarter, bcs it causes clutter at the very end. Nick was a bit disorganized, and his tip for tests was to "read twice" which I begrudgingly took most times. He is lenient with grading for the most part, and clearly very passionate. Try to sit in front, you'll do a lot better.

tough professor, test don't correlate with study guides, doesnt usually give extra credit but did this quarter of fall 2018, also gave a group test, and last test was open note cause we were running out of time thru the quarter, presentation required and attendance for that is mandatory

Good prof. Tests were online, timed and really difficult to find answers in book. Pre-reading helps but had Qs that were needlessly detailed to get the answer. 60 Qs w/ 60 minutes. Has 2 projects, one small and one big for finals. Not too hard. Loved his personality and stories. Attendance required for final presentations. Class has videos to watch

Horrible professor. He cannot stay on task, you have 4 days a week physically in-class and then you have to listen to him on Bb beyond the classroom to actually listen to the lectures he recorded for his online classes. You cannot question his tests because we'll try to "cut" you down to feel stupid and then never do anything. Completely useless

Honestly, the most unorganized and boring professor I have ever had. The tests are online, but tricky. He does not make his own test questions so at least 5 questions were keyed incorrectly each time; luckily, he usually gave points back. I will for sure take Nick again if I can! He is very energetic (even for an afternoon class) and we take tests in different ways almost every time. (Take home, alone, in our groups) I got a lot out of this class. Also- use the companion website in the book and you will do great on tests!

He is a great teacher! Read the book and show up to class and you'll do fine. He has a great energy (even for an afternoon class) and every test we take is different. (on our own, in our group, or take home) I will look forward to taking him again if I can!

He is very unorganized. Teaches psychology in a wierd way. I'm not sure he really understands it. I think he should stick to education. I think his inflated self perception bias keeps him from realizing he isn't that effective as a teacher.

He really knows a lot about adult development. It was helpful because he had a story to tell about every subject. Attendance isn't required, but he does pop quizzes and a lot of questions are from lectures. Not a hard class if you go and do some reading. I had no interest in adult development, but I found this class interesting.
