Awesome prof, and don't let the comments below fool you. Yes you need to participate in class, and yes he can be a 'character.' However 'unclear' he is not. Rather he gives you a lot of freedom on how to proceed with your projects. He has a lot of insight into the business world, and invites a TON of guest speakers into the course. Lots of fun!

Great professor, makes you interested to come to class on time. Class discussions are always interesting. Participation will take you far, but you also have to be thorough in your work. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it.

i'm so lucky i got to take a class with him, he is soooo knowledgable and has interesting stories about the real world. participate alot. you need the textbook only for the midterm, but take good classnotes. picture him 30 yrs younger and he's a hottie too!

Apparently pioneered a marketing strategy for CU on friendliness, however wrote a long email to my group, saying how we should only address him as Sir, Prof or Dr. As international students we were just being 'friendly' which is the proceedure at home. Spent 3 hours talking about nothing worth while to the course & assignments VERY unclear!

One of the best teachers in the Business department at Carleton U. He actually cares and has a passion for what he is teaching unlike some teachers and knows his stuff. Despite that he expects the students to know everything going on in international marketing he is a great teacher!
