I excel in math, so college algebra was an ease for me! There is online and written homework for every section, and she allows one make-up homework if you forget about it! I took 4 quizzes, 3 exams, and a final. She puts practice quizzes online that are very similar to her exams/quizzes. She is always willing to help during office hours.

Great Professor. Always willing to help students after class. Tests were just like homework no surprises. Gives homework but what math teacher doesn't. I would recommend going to class, she takes attendance and explains the material. Overall easy class.

Easy professor. classes are just fill in the blank notes. quizzes and tests were pretty easy but i did get a B because i never studied. i would definitely recommend taking her, very clear with material and what she wants you to know. she is also extremely nice although sometimes boring.

honestly who would let this lady teach she was aweful. you go over the basics and then when you get to the homework you have no idea what is going on. then came the test in which had new information that was not taught by her. i advise to avoid this class! i took same class over again with a different prof. and got a "B".

I had Dr. Girard for College Algebra. She wasn't a very good teacher at all. She went very very fast and didn't slow down even when SHE missed class. she never had time to answer our questions. The tests were HUGE and very intricate with stuff that was never taught.She just talked thru problems, didn't actually TEACH

Im pretty good at math, but i got a c in her class. Shes a nice lady, but the class is boring, so it's hard to learn. I would try to find someone else. Hoffman is a great alternative. I got a B in her business calc.

You never knew what you were going to get. Some days she'd be really nice, others she would be really moody. If you can avoid it, don't ask her a question because I've seen her flip out on students for asking questions that I thought were legitimate.

Her Class isnt that bad, She gets confused on some problems, but what is the best is that she weighs the work differently so if you arnt a test taker than you can bring up your grade with homework. I did learn alot from her class.
