Since my original rating magically disappeared, I'll be a little less harsh with this one. The class is all about search engines. She is the worst teacher I've had in Rutgers (tenure does wonders). Very technologically illiterate, unclear, and seemingly confused while teaching. The TA does all the grading and is very strict. Do not take, trust me.

She's pretty boring, we never learned anything useful during the whole class. It was a waste of my time so I stopped going. Turned all the work in and did well, got As on everything. But she killed me with the attendance, I got a C+ only because of attendance. Pretty ridiculous considering I did the work really well.

The requirements are unclear, she is a very nit-picky grader, and her lectures are torturous. She seems like a very nice person, but as a teacher not so much. Very very very confusing class.

Devoted most of the class to going around the room & asking people what they wrote on their homework. We were always a week (or more) behind in the syllabus. Stutters/fidgets through lectures. Says "um" or "uh" more than actual words. Repeats same stuff over & over again. Confusing on grading criteria (my only grade below an A this semester).

G.Bush jr. is an amazing public speaker when compared to wacholder! wacholder is super unorganized and her lectures are uncomfortable because she cant complete a sentence. either she drinks 20 cups of coffee before lecture or shes just terrible at speaking. midterm wasnt bad. mandatory attendance. the class is pointless. take someone else

HORRIBLE! totally not organized with her information. Gives this stupid marker sector project which teaches you nothing. The same thing goes for her search engine paper. ITI dept should drop this class and teacher cause both are pointless!!!!.

Very picky teacher. Class is seemingly easy, but she is so nit-picky, she will probably turn your A work into a B or B+. Not known to give out many As. Definitely try to avoid this class as it is not required for the ITI major.
