This man is the most incompetent professor that I have ever had the misfortune of having. Not only does he utterly fail to explain even the most simple of tasks effectively, he also has the most pathetic lecturing skills I have ever witnessed making copious use of 'ums' and 'ahs'. In conclusion, a decapitated monkey would make a better professor.

He tends to mumble things and he doesn't deal with class disruptions at all. In this class he is acting as our Mentor but he is doing very little of that. I'm not sure why we have meetings with him if he isn't going to help us out and ensure we are getting things done for our Applied Project or doing them properly. :(

Noel is probably the most useless prof i have met. My average grade is above a 90. I have had 3 classes with him, and sadly all of them are between a 50-60. His assignments are irrelevant to the course material, and his tests are brutal. He needs to retire....

I have delt with lots of teachers, all my other classes are going well except noles. He does not teach the students! He fails to do his job! He expects students to know how to do somthing they have never learned. Why is it that every one of his classes has a highet than 50% fail rate among willing to learn students.

One of the most unreasonable teachers I have ever had. Doesn't hand anything back on time. He has his good points, but unfortunately his bad outnumber his good. I would recommend trying to avoid him, and or fleming college all together.
