The lectures are the most vague and dry i have ever had in my life. The readings are 4 or 5 random bad articles a week each going up to 100 pp with no specific direction on what to get or look for. would never ever take again

Lectures are useless. She is pretty rude, and has poor communication skills. Read your text book, go to class and follow her syllabus and you'll get an A, but don't expect any support from her along the way. I would not suggest her, nor take her again. She sucked the life out of otherwise interesting course material

Extremely boring lectures. She has a heavy accent that difficult to understand and she mumbles. Says "umm" every 5 seconds. We had 15 students in our class on the first day and only 6 on the last day. 10% participation just to show up to class. NO CLEAR CRITERIA FOR 20% ESSAY WHATSOEVER. 3 assignments worth 10% each with no criteria given. AVOID!

Just finished her course and I must say she's pretty boring in lectures, often goes off topic. Mediocre difficulty tests, papers graded fairly as well just make sure to follow all directions. I wouldn't take her class again simply because it is very dull and bland.

Boring, monotonous, mumbles, and has bad spoken English. Lectures have no organization and note-taking is impossible (I'm a 3rd year student with good note-taking skills). Tests are MC with tons of trick questions (7 of 17 failed after 10% factoring). I've taken over 20 courses at Kwantlen and this is easily the worst prof I've ever had. AVOID.

Worst teacher ever in history of teaching. Waste of my money, please people avoid her. Do no take her, most boring teacher. Atleast 2/3 of the class stopped showing up by the end because she was so boring. Avoid at all cost.

As others have said, her marking is indeed not fair at all. For example, she might cross off a perfectly acceptable word such as "negociate" and scrawl in her own arbitrary word such as "deal" just for the heck of it and to fill your paper with red marks to bring down your grade.

This was one (if not the worst) professor I've ever had in Kwantlen. She was boring, not interested in the material and mean at times. We started off with around 30 people in the class and then people started to drop the class as the semester progressed. We ended up with 12 or so students left. Doesn't that tell you something? Avoid her!

I had high expectations for this class but I ended up being extremely disappointed. She cannot teach (or does not want to teach) so it's best that you take a course with professors that actually want to teach you something. Save your money and go to a different college or to a different professor. Trust me, half the class wanted to complain.

The only people that would have a problem with this prof are complete idiots. If you can understand academic language pay attention she is extremely easy to understand. She is a nice, intelligent lady who knows a lot about international relations. Come to class, participate and you'll do well.

This prof makes me want to shoot myself. Powerpoints are unorganized. Takes random phrases from the text and inserts them as definitions. Didn't come to class on the first day. Inarticulate, boring and even forgets what days her classes are on.

This class was torture from the get-go. She speaks in a monotone, puts acronyms in her powerpoints which she cannot define, and is completely disorganized. To make matters worse, she's mean! On one a classmate's term paper, all she wrote was "you should go to the learning centre". Not the kind of prof whose class you should spend time in!
