He's a great guy and willing to help anyone. Yet hes one of those guys that I think is so smart he has a hard time making things clear when he is trying to explain them to people that dont understand. Make sure you do your assigned reading or your life is going to be alot harder than it needs to be.

leadership is a class when you have no syposis. you get in a group at the begining. the group discuss the hw reading before the class discussion. the pro is ok but i found it really boring since only a few people talk.
