Anderson is a cool guy, likes to act like and connect with the students. He definitely makes you think and question why you believe what you believe. He teaches that knowledge is possible, which is apparently a hot topic in philosophy. I thought I liked philosophy until I took this class and realized most of the concepts are way over my head.

Funny teacher, very easy to understand. Be prepared for outloud quizzes at the beginning of every class. Not hard if you pay attention and go over the handouts because the tests are exactly from the notes. Highly recommended. Fun class.

Funny teacher, but get ready for a really hard class. His tests expect you to ramble back a good 5 minute segment of his lecture. No fill in the blank here. Every question requires a paragraph word for word. Example question: "state the 2nd argument against blah blah blah". Daily quizes too.

Highly recommend phi101 instead though, same teacher. I think his jokes are hilarious, always enjoy going to the class. MAKE NOTE CARDS, DON'T BE LAZY, seriously. Don't memerize the stuff of the notes, learn them.
