Dr. Tukel genuinely cares about her students. Although we weren't graded by many things, she offered so much extra credit and always notified us of any Supply Chain opportunities/ internships/ etc. Buy the book- you will need it trust me. Her tests can be tricky if you only study powerpoints. She is very smart and caring and only wants to help us.

4 Assignments worth 5 p each drop lowest, 3 exams worth 15p each, & one final worth 40 points. dont take tests lightly as you can burn yourself of an A real quick. Gives occasional extra credit so dont give up if you do bad on an exam either. she rambles on about stuff that doesnt appear on the test from time to time. Can do better can do worse.

Good teacher. Takes attendance on most days. Teaches material in way that it is easier to understand. Wants students to do well in the class. Encourages students to come to her office if you need help with any of the material. Had me thinking about adding OSM as a Minor.

Professor Tukel inspired me to major in Operations & Supply Chain Management. One of the biggest benefit of this major is the nearly guaranteed job placement. If you are thinking about OSM or are OSM go and see Dr. Tukel in person!!! Make an appointment.

I participated in a study abroad trip to China led by Dr. Tukel. If you have a chance to take this trip do it! We saw and did so much at such an affordable cost. Dr. Tukel really is a great teacher. Make sure you are on time and respectful and you will have a good time and do well.
