i took Professor Cox and her class is very easy. 2 tests are only 20 % of the grade. projects are 40 % and they are very easy. take this class its an easy A plus if you joke around about anything she will go along with it and never get mad. its a fun class.

This course is very easy. She is a very easy grader and extremely nice. She will work with you if you have to miss class and relates class to real issues. Mainly reads off the slides and focuses on the group presentations. Definately recommend taking this course with her if you need a business admin elective.

Very good teacher on all levels. Professor Cox makes the material interesting. She gives a good amount of homework assignments, but they relatively easy. The group work in class is pretty fun and the group assignment at the end of the semester is easy if you put a little time into it. I would definitely recommend taking her class.

By far the best professor in the Biz School. She's intelligent, very classy, and is an reasonable grader. The tests are open book. She's had good experience in the corporate world which makes here different than the stale, local-yocal teachers here at Oswego. She's also easy on the eyes!!!

Great Class! If you like Human Resource Mgmt., she's the lady to take--but I do think she needs a drink here and..th., so she can mellow out! Otherwise I was very happy with her.
