Read, don't read. He can't make up his mind and he'll expect you to know it. Huge amount of work on your own that he expects but doesn't mention, incredibly hard to understand the topic the way he blows through it, his quizzes and tests are unfair and have mostly trick questions, and he doesn't respect you as an adult.

He's not a great teacher...at all. He knows his stuff, but has a hard time getting it across in a way that undergraduates would understand. At first, he'll assign little to no homework, but then will pile it all on at the end when you've got a lot to do. I'm convinced he grades people by throwing darts at his specially made "grading dartboard."
