Pascual is The Man. He has an incredible knowledge of syntax and morphology and I found him to be very helpful and have a lot of empathy. Organization and structure are not his strongest suits, class can be a bit chaotic and he sometimes forgets to assign stuff, but he makes up for it with charisma and charm.

He is a very smart man, but not a teacher in any sense of the word. The class is not organized at all and he does no planning. I would strongly advise against taking his class if you actually need to learn something.

He was an awesome instructor for syntax! I learnt sooo much from him, and I still benefit from that knowledge. And as a class, we just "loved" him. Even though the subject matter is a difficult one, every single person in class just "loved" him. He is suuuch a nice person and an awesome instructor.

It's a great class that allows you to get a decent exposure to morphology from a variety of languages. He was easy to talk to and gave lots of examples but the homework did require a *bit* of thought for the most part. Apart from his fixation on Spanish and Mapundungun everything was cool.
