Comment:

Super funny, Pat is sometimes offensive, but his class was a breeze. I enjoyed going each day and as long as you study the key terms you will get 100% on every quiz. He has a midterm/final review before and the questions that are on it are identical to the midterm and final. His quizzes and tests are also ALL on quizlet. No matter what you get an A

Pat is one of the greatest teachers I have ever had. If you are interested in Radio or Broadcasting he is the man. He has a ton of actual experience. There wasn't one class he had where I didn't laugh. You absolutely have to buy the book to take his course but its really worth it. There is some work you have to put into the class. But really easy!!

Professor Hahn is the guy to listen to if you want a career in Radio and TV. His lectures about the industry are interesting. You get credit for showing up so do not miss or it will really kill your grade. AND you have to buy his book with a NEW access code because there's online quizzes. I also recommend the lab that goes with the class.

Prof. Hahn is great. He is extremely passionate about what he is teaching and engages his students each class. You must read the book and complete the chapter quizzes online. He does give several pop quizzes throughout the semester that are usually worth double of the online quizzes. If you like this field, Pat is great. WOULD TAKE AGAIN!

Easy class, if a little boring. He gives you all the questions and answers to the mid-term and the final. You need to read the book and you MUST buy the book new in order to get an access code to a website that you will use almost daily. He's very laid-back but you have to show up every day on time in order to receive participation points.

EASY class. He gives you a lot of work (mostly online), but he's an easy grader and they're not time consuming. He gives you all the midterm and final questions (and they're all from the online quizzes). Great professor and really helpful if you're going into communications or journalism. Also, you get points for attendance EVERY DAY so don't skip.

Came into the class with little interest but it was actually fun. Pat is a great guy to be around. Mid-term & Final is a joke. Not just lectures but many activities to do during class, which are fun. There is a bit of online work. Nothing to be worried about but just don't get lazy. This is an easy A & he wants you to be interested in this field.

this class was cake. there is A LOT of work to be done. i.e. poll questions each week, quizzes, extra assignments. overall an easy class. pat is very understanding and very helpful. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. be sure to follow the course schedule and turn stuff in on time. the 5pg research paper is easy. the quizzes are the exact questions on the final!

Very fun, informative, and easy class. Pat jokes a lot, so if you can't take a joke, you might not like his sense of humor. Textbook is mandatory and must be brand now because it contains a number you will need to access the homework online. Attendance was 10 points a day, so don't miss that much class. Do the work on time, &you'll get a good grade

DO NOT BUY HIS BOOK USED! You need a new one for the Internet access code. But very good professor. You know he loves his subject. Keep up on all the busy work though! It's easy to fall behind. DO THE ONLINE QUIZES. Those are the exams.

Good teacher he know's what he is talking about he has a lot of experiences. Just stay on top of the work which isn't a lot. He excepts it late anyways. He'll call on you in class. very funny. Does review for midterm and final pretty much gives it to us before.

I loved this class and this teacher. He knows what he's talking about, and is eager to share his knowledge. He gives plenty of one-on-one time to explain how you can improve (if you ask for it). If you really want to learn how to be an editor, take this class!

His class is OK. It's easy you just have to stay on top of the online quizzes and poll questions. He puts you on the spot a lot of times with questions from the reading so try to keep up with that. All in all, I didn't mind his class I just didn't care for his method of teaching. I would recommend just doing the online class, everything's in book.

This class is very fun and interesting. You have to really try to fail this class. He gives you midterm reviews and final reviews before each exam and the questions that are on the review are the exact same questions on the exam! There is a research paper, but you can do an internship or do an RTV lab instead. And the research paper isn't hard. :)

If you are interested in the subject, taking this class with Pat is a must! He knows so much and is very helpful. If you want an EASY A, just go to class and do the work. He goes over the EXACT midterm and final on the review days so DO NOT miss those days! Great, fun, easy class!
