GREAT professor. Really invested in her job and her students. she really made me into a much better writing, and the Writing For The Workplace class provides the opportunity to learn extremely helpful skills that apply to real life. Pat is the BEST.

She is a solid academic writing teacher. Class discussions are pretty interesting and she picks good course topics. She's a hard grader, but my writing improved a lot. I'd definitely recommend this class if you actually want to get something out of academic writing.

She was a great teacher. She was very helpful preparing people in our class for real world situations. She relates to her students and has turned many students into friends through her genuine caring. I've only made two comments on teachers -- one that I dislike very much, and one that made a real impact on my education. Pat made a real impression on me and I will always appreciate it.

Pat makes you buy two books you will NEVER read. Don't bother purchasing. Her lectures are long and you don't learn anything during them. She is a tough grader. The class becomes extremely painful by the end of the semester. I was very disappointed with this class and with this professor.
