Patience is a fitting name for her. She was a very kind professor who always did her best to help her students. I would have recommended her to any of my friends. She brought an interesting perspective to history and was unafraid to voice her opinion. I was very fortunate to have her as a professor. :)

R.I.P Dr. Evans. I had the pleasure of having this professor for half a semester. Yes she talked quite a bit, but if anyone was patient enough to listen, she knew what she was talking about. This isn't highschool therefore information need not be spoon fed. Her exams-simple if u study. Exact study guide was conveniently on web. She will be missed.

Horrible teacher, rude, not helpful class is boring you will sleep. If your crazy enough to take this class after all of the warnings do not sit in the front row near her or she will hawk up a loogy in your face. CANT STAND HER SHE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

SHE IS THE WORST TEACHER EVER HAD IN MY SCHOOL LIFE.....i would never recommed any studs to take any class with her. she grades so hard and also she never stick with one topic. Well, my greatest regret would be taking her classes (both HIST 1 & 2). She knows a lot about History, but she is somehow boring. The tests are hard and tricky. But if you understand the questions, you'll be fine. She gives lots of reading assignments and an analysis essay, which you write after reading one of the books assigned.

Talks about history like she lived during that time(Probably did). Tests are not too hard, but require a lot of studying. TESTS ARE ALL ESSAYS, NO MULTIPLE CHOICE. Over half of both classes drop by end of semester. My opinion "GOOD TEACHER".
