She is the epitome of the ivory-tower academic. Her opinion is the correct one. She is snarky, rude, and condescending to her students, which was particularly frustrating because the course was a teaching seminar and she doesn't model appropriate behavior.

I was really looking forward to this class, but Auderheide is just plain rude. Interrupting students mid-presentation to tell them they're boring, snarky and rude comments, plus a ridiculous amount of busy work. Her opinion is right and there's no debate. Should have listened to my instinct on the first day to drop the class

Amazing course. Pat is probably one of the best professors on campus. Not only does she work with students within the class, but is also available otherwise to discuss other classes, concerns etc. Taking her courses gives one a well-rounded perspective.

Pat is the best professor I've taken a class with at AU and one of the best I've taken a class with anywhere. She lives and breathes documentary films and her passion carries over into the classroom.
