She is a great teacher! She is hands down my favorite professor at Wright State. It's very interesting to listen to her talk. You can tell she loves what she's doing by the way she talks about the material. I would highly recommend taking her for any course she teaches.

My writing skills improved exponentially after taking her Sexuality & Endocrinology course! Additionally, I know how to read a scientific article without fear, as well as summarize it effectively. She gives great feedback and wants you to improve- she really cares. She is very knowledgable and this course will broaden your mind and perspectives!

Professor Schiml is absolutely amazing! This class is easy as her lectures are very informative. You don't have to read the book unless you want to have an idea of what she will be talking about next lecture. Very rarely gives homework in Intro to Psych. I would absolutely recommend taking any of her classes.

I've had her for several classes and hands down my favorite professor here. The classes are challenging and you have to put in the work but grading is always fair and she's always willing to help you outside of class if you need it. You have to be in class for notes so wouldn't recommend skipping lectures, but study and you'll be fine.

Trish is hands down the best professor i have ever taken , he is hard her tests are hard and you will want to not like her because she knows so damn much and she is so sweet, go to class she is an awesome professor but the quiz points will help tremendously !!!!!!

She teaches a lot of subjects that are certainly considered tender topics, but she does this in a perfectly respectable way while also being amazingly funny and real. She's a great support professor and has helped me with non-class related things several times. I'm very thankful for her.

There are tons of extra credit opportunities and they really help in the end. There are also five exams and one cumulative one at the end to replace a bad exam grade. There will be uncomfortable topics discussed in this class, but Dr. Schiml's humor really helps in these situations.

Dr. Schiml is a fun, amazing professor. She is knowledge,open-minded, has great lectures, and many ways to get the points you need. There for you and will help you however. Only negative- She wont post the pwrpnts online, so you show up and furiously take notes, while also trying to write what she says that ISNT on the notes, cause it matters too.

Really nice lady and very understanding. However, did not follow her power points and would drift off topic a lot during lecture which made it difficult to know what to write for notes. Gave out study guides for the exams but they never helped. Only grades are 5 exam grades. If you aren't very good at biology do NOT take her class.

Attendence is mandatory so you can get the notes. The class is very interesting and you learn quite a bit. The class isn't that hard if you answer all the questions on the review sheet (using it as a study tool) with your notes and the textbook. She is very silly and keeps students entertained. There are a lot of notes, but bad. Extra Credit!

Really engages students to learn the material. Great class, great teacher. Highly recommend her Human Behavioral Endocrinology class for a 487 capstone. Reading is intense but if you show up, participate and do the assigned work, an A should be the lowest grade you expect.

One of the best teachers I have had a Wright State. I was a little scared at first because of how many exams we had,5, but it turned out to be the easiest course that I took. Go to class and take note because she dont post them online. Guarantee A or B if you just go to class in pay attention
