This class has been a living nightmare for me, he has graded both my tests and other students test wrong and has given us failing grades. However, when he posts the solutions my answers were almost verbatim. He is impossible to get into contact with and it's like pulling teeth to get him to do his job. AVOID, you don't need the stress.

Nice guy but he's a fair teacher. Most of the time, he will read directly from the powerpoint slides and tell stories about himself. He'll also crack a joke once in a while. He gives a healthy curve on tests and just hanging in homework assignments is enough for credit. Easy A.

I had to take all my notes from the book because he didn't explain anything. All he talks about is his personal life...he's boring, rude and cocky. On the midterm, the highest grade was a B-, while other students with different professors got A's. We all had the same midterm.

Have him for advanced tax. Tells stories about himself then reads confusing powerpoint slides. Jokingly insults students if they dont answer his questions correctly. Just the other day said some girl was like a deer caught in headlights...real nice and classy. I learn nothing and just go for attendance. Be ready to teach yourself advanced tax.

Very nice guy & funny. He wants to see his students learn and he really cares about your grades. His tests are kinda hard but if you study and do the homework it isn't bad. Go to class because in the end if he knows that you show the effort it will help your grade! And he buys the class Pizza

The professor is a pretty nice and funny guy. As for the material, tax itself is pretty difficult. The highest grades were in the C+ range, but with the huge curve given I don't see how anyone could have possibly done bad ( I got an A). The problem with this professor is that you end up not learning a thing.

You know I dreaded taking this guy again after getting a C in Principles of Acc with him especially since this tax class was at 7AM! But for some reason, I managed to make it every morning, I guess I got interested in tax and his stories of his clients are amusing, just make sure you keep on top of the work. I think he is better for tax because he brings experience into the picture, which is good. He does read off of PowerPoint, but does elaborate as necessary. Homework is not much, and the good part is he does not grade it or expect you to do it perfectly. He has a good personality.

he's a nice guy. he brings breakfast but a bit boring. he talks a lot about himself and experience which has nothing to do with accounting. if you want to have fun in his period just come and study the book by yourself in order to take the exams. grades fairly, but you will learn nothing. good luck.
