had him for law and ethics is 2006. massa runs the show at York. he is more of an instructor than a teacher. has the sweetest job in the world and teaches the joke that is sport management. both he and newman do a good job preparing you for the real world. i took him for shooting and lifeguarding too. good guy

Prof. Massa's two classes (Law and Facilities) are pretty similar in the structure. Usually 4 tests with a few presentations/papers. Don't worry... everyone bombs the Law quizzes generally. He will go off on his stories during class, but they are generally funny. He is also a great person to talk to out of class, and will help you through SPM.

Funny sense of humor but takes his class seriously. Draws stories from personal experience in aquatics that are either relevant or humorous. Just make sure you study for the practical and don't miss class (especially when he tells you not to)

Awesome professor, funny guy, easy to get along with. Take Rec. Shooting during minimester, easier to schedule - fills up quick during the rest of the year. Pretty easy class and lots of fun...got out early every day, only three tests with all material taken from short, easy-to-read NRA books. Highly recommended, easy gym credit!

Don't take beginning swimming unless you're already a pro. He expects you to learn a stroke and take a test on it in the same day. He makes you swim even when the chlorine level is admittedly too high. He isFunny... that's the only good thing about it.
