I only got a B+ in this class, the final caught me up and I missed 2 classes. If you are looking for a class where you can miss a few this is not it at all, it will affect your grade. Overall good class, took weight training and he will always help you and tell you if you are doing something right or wrong, I recommend him.

GREAT CLASS. VERY HELPFUL AND PUSHES YOU TO HAVE CORRECT FORM FOR BEST RESULTS. EVEN IF YOUR A GIRL HE HELPS YOU DEVELOP A GOOD WORK OUT. JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO WHAT HE ASKS YOU TO DO ON A DALY BASIS WHICH IS NOT MUCH.

at first the workouts were hard, but towards the end it was one of my fav classes. He will work you and you have to earn your grade but it is definetly a grEAT CLASS get to know him, he is an awesome man.

always corrects your form on your last reps meaning you have to do more with him standing there. he's sneaky looks in mirror to swee if you are doing whatyou're suppose to be doing.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS UNLESS YOU'RE ON THE SOCCER TEAM! Apparently I needed to be a proffessional soccer player to be in this class. He grades on talent ONLY not effort. Unfair as far as grading goes. Final exam is easy, mostly on offsides positions and stuff. Do not be late to his class, he hates that even though HE is usually late himself...

Great gym class to take- recommend it to anyone. He's good at correcting your mistakes, so you get a more effective workout. Good to take even if your a girl- he's very helpful and accomodates everyone. Definitely recommend to anyone!

a nice guy , don't ****him off and you'll do fine.When you ask him a question he will gladly explain things too you.Also he can be quite lenient.....i never shut up during class,i missed 3 days and still got an A : ) ...a very worthwhile class.

Strict and demanding. Acts a bit mean when he comes over to correct your mistakes. If you have more than 4 absences, he will drop you from the class. If you are 5 minutes late, he will write you down as late. If you are late 3 times, it will count as one absence.

This is gym folks. Go to class and do whatever it is (workout) for 30 minutes and you'll do fine. He doesn't like wise-asses, trust me. His tests are a joke. I suck at tests n didnt study for his and got B's. IT'S A GYM CLASS!!!

He is very intelligent when it comes to the muscles of the body and how not to cause self injury during weight training. Even if you don't feel pain, you could be messing up your joints and muscles by doing an excercise incorrectly. I am so much wiser now. You'll learn a lot from him.
