He teaches as if you already know the material. He hardly ever finishes a problem and just assumes you know how to do the rest. Hes a fair grader but the tests only have a few questions so that can really hurt you if you mess one up but he does allow you a cheat sheet for every exam. The homework is chosen randomly.

He's a nice guy but he goes through the material like we already know everything, especially for 146 it's hard to teach yourself. He makes you sound stupid if you ask a question or don't understand what he's teaching. Homework is randomly chosen out of all the problems. Exams have few questions, but he's a tough grader, so it can kill your grade.

He is a very nice professor don't get me wrong, he just wasn't very helpful when it came to answering questions. Ask a question he kind of acted like you were dumb. Tests were 50% of your grade, do poorly on one, its hard to bring yourself back up. He uses his self written workbook which has many mistakes in it which he points out after hw is due.

This guy is DAAAAA Physics master. The only issue is don't sit on the front row or it would bleed your brain out of your ears because is the loudest thing I've ever experience in my entire life since I was born (probably entire universe).

One of my favorite profs at MCC. This class is incredible and I miss it. It's a good amount of work but I was starry eyed the whole time. Such a cool class, he works hard to make it fun and understandable. Graded on a point system so you can keep track of how you're doing the whole time.

Very invested in his class. I love how I'm able to joke and mess with him in class. Regardless, he's very open and understanding. He let me write a song instead of writing an essay, as long as I educationally conveyed my thoughts (: He is a great mixture of structure and freedom.

Lab for non majors. Your learning style is what will help you succeed or not. Many topics are not expanded on and you are to figure out what is going on on your own in your lab group. He will help you but some assignments were frustrating or confusing. You can still succeed in this class but you must study the material.

Took the honors version. The material can be hard to grasp but he is great at explaining the concepts and giving examples or analogies. It is a writing intensive course so you will have small writing projects through the course, but he has a good point system for handling that. He has a great sense of humor and could make any topic fun to learn.

I took his honors class and it really opened my mind even more about the things I already knew. He wants you to be interested because it is interesting. He expects you to come to class and know what your doing or talk about. I just wish I hadn't got burnt out by the end of the semester to enjoy his class more! Very intelligent person.

Weird class but really easy to pass because all you have to do is summarize the lectures from class to pass.

Absolutely my favorite teacher ever!!! He is the greatest teacher for Modern Physics (or any physics). He's hilarious and quite possibly the smartest person I have ever met, and he is really great at explaining things to you. He uses a textbook that he has written for all of his classes and they're actually pretty fun to read.

Great teacher, Very intelligent. He does a lot of problems out of the book to hammer in the concepts, but he will go over them conceptually first. Very helpful and willing to answer questions. If you have trouble with algebra, brush up before this class because he skips a lot of the simple algebra (probably comes from teaching calc based physics)

He is one of my favorite professors at MCC. Engaging and funny. The course requirements are really straight forward. 37 points gets you an A, you get a point per page written on material covered in class. Some opportunities to get points other than writings. He is brillant and extremely helpful. If I were into physics I would take more classes with

Great class...taught all the information clearly in a 5 week course! Never thought I would ever absorb and understand so much physics in 5 weeks! He is extremely helpful and his tests can be hard but if you do all the homework they are do-able.
