Paul generally understood that most of his students were nongeography undergrads that were there to fill time. If you REALLY wanted to learn the material, Paul was/is the foremost geographer in New England at least. I appreciate what I learned from him and wish him the best in retirement.

Very awesome teacher! He can just talk about anything for the whole class time. If you ever want to talk to him about canned corn, clear your schedule for the day because he will have so much to tell you. He loves to see his students do well in his class.
